Shipping policy

All Righteous Apparel items are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order leaves our facility. If your order has not shipped within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund — see our Refund Policy.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. We use standard ground shipping carriers (typically USPS or UPS) for delivery within the continental United States.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you don't see this message, check your spam folder or contact us at righteoustrade25@gmail.com.

Lost or delayed packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the original ship date. We'll work with the carrier to locate the shipment or arrange a replacement at our discretion.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.
